Twelve teams will battle for the title of Asia Communication League in the second season. They will be divided in two groups per six teams with round robin system where all matches will be Bo3. Top two teams from each group will advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs and 3rd and 4th team from each group will advance to the lower bracket. Teams in the playoffs will play in double-elimination bracket all matches Bo3.
