EHOME announced their final roster for the upcoming competitive season with only one player swapped.
On and off from the EHOME roster for a few times since September 2016, when he first joined the team, Liu 'Garder' Xinzhou was let go once more by the organization. Replacing him this time around is the former Vici Gaming support player Xu 'Hym' Zhi. Hym is the last to join EHOME’s line-up for the 2017/2018 competitive season, the final roster being the following:
Wang 'old chicken' Zhiyong (c)
Chen 'Cty' Tianyu
Zhang 'Faith_bian' Ruida
Xu 'Hym' Zhi
Zhang 'y`/Innocence' Yiping
With both Faith_bian and y’, TI6 Champions with Wings Gaming, and with old Chicken in the captain role, EHOME looks more than promising heading into the new season. However, the challenges for them will be quite high as the two former Wings Gaming players are still involved in the ACE controversy which will prevent EHOME to get an invite straight into the regional qualifiers for all the ACE ruled events in China. With the open qualifiers for the first Minors and Majors starting soon, we will surely get to see the new EHOME squad at work sooner rather than later. In the meantime, the team has already qualified for the Chinese LAN finals of WESG 2017/2018. The Chinese LAN finals are set to take place next week, September 7-10 in Suzhou, at the High-tech Zone Cultural Center.
