FaZe Clan is an American professional esports organization, mostly known for its presence in the Call of Duty scene. They currently field teams in Call of Duty, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, FIFA and Fortnite Battle Royale. Initially, it was a sniping team on YouTube with various sniping videos, similar to another American organisation OpTic Gaming. They stepped into competitive play in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and competed in every Call of Duty title ever since. In 2016, FaZe Clan expanded into other first-person shooter competitive games: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and later in the summer, Overwatch. FaZe Clan and its members combined have the biggest following on YouTube, Twitter, Twitch and Instagram out of any esports organization.
