Joel "emilio" Mako has been kicked out of Team Property after a VAC ban which disqualified the team from Fragbite Masters and banned Mako from all future events.
After a shocking VAC ban mid game between Team Property and HellRaisers on Joel "emilio" Mako, Team Property have made the decision to kick him out of the team. The team was given a 48 hour window to prove Mako's innocence through Valve, but was unable to.
Team Property will never accept any form of cheating, we are in eSports for the long run and has been for the last four years. We understand you are angry and so are we this is because we put ourselves up to an incredibly high standard. We work with the teams all of our free hours so our players and teams can be up there with the worlds best and perform. This situation damages our momentum and things planned in the short term for the CS:GO team but we will continue to support CS:GO.” - Team Property official statement
Mako claims that he was lending an alternate account to a real life friend, and that the reason for his VAC ban was because the friend could have been hacking. He still retains that he is not a hacker. However, there is still no way to prove his innocence or guilt.
In addition to getting kicked off the team, Mako has also been banned from all future Fragbite events. Team Property has been disqualified from this season, but Fragbite has yet to make a decision on the team for future events.
Team Property has decided to keep their CS:GO team and are currently looking for a replacement for Mako to compete in future events.
Team Property will now have the following incomplete roster:
Marcus "zet" Sundstrom
Marcus "delpan" Larsson
Jimmy "jumpy" Berntsson
Christian "spitfire" Schiolde
