MeetYourMakers wins the double this year! Winning WC3L earlier this summer, and now the NGL-One Season 1, shows that MeetYourMakers are the number one team. The Grand Final ended 4-3, with Moon defeating Sweet.
A great event for MeetYourMakers, where in the first match they went up against SK-Gaming, defeating them with 4-2 much thanks to Lucifer taking down three players. Up next, in the Winner Bracket Final were their rivals Four Kings awaited. Two wins each for Moon and Susiria secured their spot in the Grand Finals.
Many thought that we were to see a rematch from the WC3L finals, 4Kings versus MYM in the finals, but SK-Gaming took down the Royal Four when Insomnia defeated Creolophus, FoV and Grubby. ToD from 4Kings managed to stop the all-kill by Insomnia, but were then defeated by Sweet.
And so the Grand Final started today, SK-Gaming against MeetYourMakers. Deadman took down Susiria at Turtle Rock, but then the reigning ESWC champion Lucifer came in and did, as so many times before in NGL-One, win three matches in a row. But when Sweet stepped up and the two Undeads flexed their muscles, it was Sweet who came out victorious. With Sweet also taking down BerA, it was tied 3-3 - was Sweet going to bring it home for SK-Gaming who have been missing a great title for so long, or was Moon going to take home yet another title for the Makers?

Moon wins the last game, and thereby eliminated the SK-Gaming team and MeetYourMakers stood as the victors. 10.000 € to MeetYourMakers for winning the first NGL-One season. SK-Gaming will have to settle with 4.000€. Four Kings were granted with 2.000€ for ending in third place.
