The voice actors of Sombra and Mercy bumped into each other on the street, decide to make a video.
When Overwatch was released to the masses almost one year ago, fans were immediately blown away. One of the many reasons that fans were attached to the game was the exciting assortment of characters showcased in the game's large roster. From the loud, bolstering voice of Reinhardt to the wise-cracking snarks of McCree; but the characters wouldn't be fully realized if it wasn't for the extraordinary talent of all the voice actors cast.
That's why it's exciting to see that the voice actors seem so passionate about their roles when they interact with each other outside of the recording booth. Recently Sombra's voice actor, Carolina Ravassa, bumped into Lucie Pohl, the voice actor for Mercy, in Manhattan, New York. To commemorate the small event, Carolina decided to record video to post on her official Youtube channel posted below.
In this fun video, both actors performed each other's favorite voice lines and were clearly having fun doing it. It was really enjoyable to hear Mercy making the sarcastic remarks of Sombra.
This isn't the first time that the voice cast had fun with each other for their fans. Who can forget when Jonny Cruz (Lucio) met up with almost all the voice cast at Blizzcon 2016:
Some of the actors also regularly stream for their fans on their Twitch streams such as Matthew Mercer (McCree). Matthew has openly admitted that he enjoys trolling players with his voice and recording their reactions.
As the roster grows, expect more videos from some of our favorite group of people who bring life to some of our favorite characters.
