After falling to Nirvana.my in the ESTC finals, EHOME is back winning another gold medal at Beijing's TopGamer tournament, by defeating Nirvana.cn in the finals with a 2:1 score.
Four teams participated in the tournament all hailing from China, the teams are DK, LGD.sGty, EHOME and Nirvana.cn. The tournament was a Best of 3 single elimination bracket where LGD.sGty faced EHOME and DK Nirvana.cn in the first round. LGD.sGty weren't so lucky and fell to EHOME quickly while Nirvana.cn took down DK.
That leaves EHOME taking on Nirvana.cn for the Grand Finals. EHOME easily took the first game, but Nirvana.cn bounced back in the second game tying the score. Heading into game 3, Nirvana.cn went for an unorthodox strategy by picking a five int line up. All seemed well for Nirvana.cn at the start picking of EHOME's heroes one by one. In the end, EHOME's defensive play clinched themselves their fourth gold medal of the year.
Over in the third placing match, DK managed to scrap a win in the first game. But LGD.sGty took the final two game netting themselves the third place finisher.
