Join the mrlgling army through the deckbuilding wisdom of one of Hearthstone’s most prolific deckbuilders.
Murloc OTK Paladins are slowly establishing themselves as a deck to fear, even if not a Tier 1 threat. The earliest iterations appeared in early December when the release of [card]Anyfin Can Happen[/card] threw players in a deckbuilding race to see who can make the most consistent deck. G2’s Thijs “ThijsNL” Molendijk even paraded his 67% win rate build, piloting it on the highest layers of the legend ladder.
Naturally, these Anyfin decks have evolved since. Kolento’s version, displayed below, for example, is much more controlling than ThijsNL’s midrange-y variation. Featuring double [card]Doomsayer[/card]s and [card]Wild Pyromancer[/card]/[card]Equality[/card] combos, this deck is all about guaranteed survival. It even runs two copies of [card]Lay on Hands[/card], a rare tech to say the least.
The murloc force is actually small, with just [card]Bluegill Warrior[/card]s, [card]Murloc Warleader[/card]s and an [card]Old Murk-Eye[/card]. The goal, of course, is improved control of what [card]Anyfin Can Happen[/card] spawns. Try it out and let us know how it went in the comments.
