GosuGamers partners with DKMR to create Homebrew content

GosuGamers is happy to announce that we'll be partnering with the boys from Don't Kick My Robot to create awesome homebrew content. Make sure to mark the Tuesdays on your calendars as we'll be aiming to release a feature every week.

Known for doing content for several Hearthstone websites, DKMR are a known name in the HS community, being authors of regular articles like "The Meta Report" and "Deck of the Week". Led by captain Poach and featuring names like two-times KOTH champion Alchemixt, LH Open winner Nick Spags and weekly cup high finishers such as Brad, DKMR do possess the power of deckbuilding and tournament-winning knowledge, something for which they recently received the sponsorship of Hearthstats.net.

GosuGamers and DKMR came in touch last week and after several brainstorming sessions about what we want to do together, we decided to upgrade the homebrew corners, GG's unique brand of features which promotes creative deck creators and out-of-the-box builds by giving them exposure on our front page.

As GosuGamers readers, you might already be familiar with the homebrew work done in the past. The column debuted with Cultofneurosis' Druid mill deck which received feedback from DogeHouse's own Gnimsh. Episode two featured Belthazzar's board control Buffadin which was analyzed by DKMR's Alchemixt. The list, we hope, will only grow larger.

Every Tuesday, the Homebrew Corner will return with a featured deck, invented by a Hearthstone community member. Said member will get the chance to become a guest writer on GosuGamers, get his name out there and receive feedback on his creation by an actual pro player.

How to get featured? Here are the short instructions:

  1. Build a cool deck of your own
  2. Post it in the dedicated Homebrew thread or mail it to [email protected]
  3. Make it amazing so that we like it. If we do, you'll be asked to write a guide on how to play this creation of yours
  4. We'll send it to a pro-player so he can give his feedback and make the guide even more amazing
  5. Exposure!

It's as easy as that. So get on building, GG.net community!
