Double Dimension picks up Planet Dog

Double Dimension picks up Planet Dog in time for roster lock and remainder of the Pro Circuit 2017-2018 season.

The independent roster of Planet Dog has been completed with the addition of Steve 'Xcalibur' Ye in the midlane position and found themselves an organization. Planet Dog most recently took a disappointing 13-16th place at ESL One Genting 2018 late last month. It wasn't entirely surprising considering the team had been going through a few roster changes since they qualified - losing both Neta '33' Shapira to OpTic Gaming and Greg 'Keyser' Kallianiotis to Echo International.

According to the statement posted on the organizaton's VK account, the team will continue to play in the DAC 2018 regional qualifiers and GESC Indonesian Minor for Europe but then will relocate to become part of the CIS region for the remainder of the Pro Circuit 2017-2018 season.

The players already debuted the completed and reformed roster under the CIS organization banner last night in, falling into the lower brackets of DAC 2018 after a 2:1 loss to the new Alliance roster. They will play again tonight in the elimination series against BackPacks Gaming at 18:00 CET.

Double Dimension roster:

Russia Dmitry 'Ditya Ra' Minenkov
Sweden Steve 'Xcalibur' Ye
Ukraine Andrey 'Mag ~' Chipenko
Bosnia and Herzegovina Milan 'MiLAN' Cosmo
Belarus Alexey 'j4' Lipay
