The talented folks that will bring all the action live to spectators for PGL Bucharest Major has been revealed.
PGL Bucharest Major will be hosted by beloved Englishman, Paul "Redeye" Chaloner, supported by some of the community's favorite casters and analysts.
On hand will be many of the Moonduck TV casters, including Shannon "SUNSfan" Scotten, alongside now freelancer Toby "TobiWan" Dawson. Fans can look forward to some unique and entertaining conent coming in from Jake "Sir Action Slacks" Kanner and Lawrence "Malystryx" Phillips and the always welcomed insights from Jack "KBBQ" Chen about the Chinese players, scene, interviews and memes.
PGL Bucharest Major
Sixteen of the best teams from around the world will be competing for the lion's share of the $1,000,000 prize pool and 1500 TI8 qualifying points. PGL Bucharest Major will begin with a closed group stage, taking place at the PGL offices between March 4-7. The Group Stage will feature a Swiss Tournament format in which eight teams will be eliminated. For the remaining eight teams, the action will then move to Polyvalent Hall to be played in front of a live audience from March 9-11th. The Main Event will be single elimination brackets ending with a five game series for the Grand Finals.
