'The Greeks' have parted ways with Mousesports and each other

After two years together, the all Greek roster of ex Ad Finem turned Mousesports have decided to go their separate ways.

The roster first started to play together competitively under the name Ad Finem in early December 2015 when Giorgos 'SsaSpartan' Giannak formed the team in time for the Shanghai Major roster lock period. The name means "to the end" and their goal was to win the International. The team quickly became the pride of Greece and soon later won over hearts around the world with their contagious enthusiasm and charismatic personalities.

They were a stable fixture in the European professional scene and formidable opponents from the start. Their TI6 qualifier run was nothing less than thrilling and their most stand out performance and moment was their incredible run at Boston Major where the team took an astonishing 2nd place finish.

Just prior to the Kiev Major in March 2017, the German organization Mousesports picked up the team in hopes of providing them more support and resources to reach their ultimate International goal. Although they continued to be a constant fixture in the European professional Dota scene they were never quite able to grasp hold of a LAN title or reach TI.

Ad Finem/Mousesports roster:

Greece Omar 'Madara' Dabachach
Greece Dimitrios 'ThuG' Plivouris
Greece Verros 'Maybe Next Time' Apostolos
Greece Haris 'SkyLark' Zafiriou
Greece Giorgos 'SsaSpartan' Giannak.
