The Fifth Minor of the Pro Circuit, MDL Macau, will take place during the first part of  December in Macau with eight teams fighting for the $300,000 prize pool and the 300 TI8 qualifying points.
Two teams will be granted direct invites to the event, but six other will have to earn their spot via regional qualifiers. While the direct invites are yet to be announced, the qualifiers participants, along with the planned schedule for the one week Dota 2 marathon are already known.
There will be one team per region qualifying for the LAN playoffs and South America, Europe and CIS will be the first to kick off the single elimination bo3 games action on the 10th of November.

MDL Macau Minor playoffs will take place in Macau, December 8-10. According to the tournament organizers, the event will host a live audience but details on that along with the exact venue for the event will be revealed at a later date.
