The Fantasy Challenge for the Boston Major has been implemented with the last patch and brings a new feature for the Battle Pass owners.
True fans of a team now have one more reason to collect all player cards of their beloved squad as Valve will reward them with in-game Teleport effects and team’s logo emoticon. The effects can be upgraded by collecting either full Silver or a full Golden line-up. The rest of the Fantasy Challenge features are the same as the TI6 ones. The 2016 Fall Battle Pass owners start with a 12 player cards packs, duplicates can be disenchanted for one, two or five dusts, depending on the card quality, ten dusts can be used to purchase another player cards pack. Cards packs can be also purchased from the Dota2 Store at € 0,44 per pack.
If you haven’t secured a full silver or gold team, there’s plenty of time to assemble it, as the Fantasy Challenge will kick off on the 3rd of December, on the first day of Boston Major group stage. The daily rosters will lock at 10:00 a.m. EST.
