SLTV XI champions Team Empire secure yet another title as they emerge victorious against Alliance in the first edition of the joinDota Masters in 2015. A 3-0 stomp earned the Russians a prizemoney of $10,000.
The first edition of the joinDota Masters in 2015 has concluded and Team Empire was able to take down Alliance in the finals. A best-of-five that did not need to go beyond three games as Empire made quick work of their Swedish adversaries. Alliance, who were playing with a stand-in, did not seem to find the form that carried them to the finals, whereas Empire, who also had to use a stand-in, proved once again that they are on a hot streak.
On their way to victory, the Russians had to face Meepwn'd and Moscow Five.int, but none of them proved to be serious threats for Empire. Alliance took down 4ASC and AlbumSheet in the previous rounds, dropping a game to both of them.
For Empire, it is yet another tournament title, following their recent victory at the StarLadder Season XI LAN finals. For Alliance, it was much needed positive reinforcement after a few rocky weeks.
