LOOT.BET Cup 2 has already start and will qualify one team to a LAN tournament in USA

UCC and LOOT.BET have made a partnership to host a tournament which will qualify a team from CIS or EUROPE to a $150,000 tournament in USA.

The first stage of the Loot.Bet Cup 2 is well under way, with teams competing for the chance to play in the LAN Finals in the US for $150,000. 

The current stage, called the "Main Stage," is round-robin style play where teams will have to fight three other squads to make it out of groups. The field will be cut in half by the end of the round robin the top two teams from each group will move on to the Final Stage, where they'll face the Invited Teams in a single-elimination tournament. The team still standing when the dust settles will be the chosen squad to head off to the United States for the LAN final.

The teams currently fighting it out in the Main Stage (happening between December 12-18) are:

Group A:

  • HAVU

  • AVANGAR

  • pro100

Group B:

  • eXtatus*

  • Sprout

  • Alternate ATTax

  • Valiance*

Group C:

  • Epsilon

  • Nemiga

  • QB.Fire

  • Pride

Group D:

  • Red Reserve

  • Team Spirit

  • MANS NOT HOT

  • KOPUNIO

* - Team are already qualified to the next stage

The top two teams from each group will then face off against the Invited Teams below in a single-elimination tournament that will decide who will go on to play in the US for the $150,000 LAN final:

Fans should be familiar with some of the Final Stage teams, with GODSENT placing second in the WESG 2017 Europe Grand Finals. Heroic's most recent success came against Gambit Esports in a close 2:1 Grand Final at World Cyber Arena 2017. Finally Mousesports most recently took down Team Liquid at ESG Tour Mykonos 2017.
