After three days of intense CS:GO action, a champion has finally been crowned after the Polish side of Virtus.pro were able to defeat their Swedish rivals 2-1. Starting on de_season with a BO3 lead (Fnatic had to win 2 BO3s while Virtus.pro only needed to win 1), Virtus.pro took a huge lead on their CT side, winning 12 rounds compared to Fnatic's measly 3. However, when the halves changed Fnatic almost made a complete comeback, eventually bringing it to 14-15 before Virtus.pro finally closed off the map 16-14.
Next up was de_inferno, where Fnatic took a huge lead, winning 9 rounds on their less favoured terrorist side. Unfortunately for Virtus.pro, the Polish team was unable to even make it close, as Fnatic took the second map 16-9. The series was now tied 1-1.
Fnatic now had to win the next map, de_cache if they wanted any hope of staying in the grand finals. Things weren't looking good for the Swedes at first, after they only managed to secure 6 rounds in the first half. However, when the sides changed, Fnatic managed to make it close again, eventually even taking the lead at 11-9. However, Virtus.pro managed to get their act back together, as they secured the final map in the tournament 16-13.
