According to the Dutch gaming portal GameLux.nl the WarCraft scene of Netherlands is fading away. To stop the progress they invented a national league for Dutch players only to motivate the scene to take a glance at the Dutch scene.
The WarCraft scene of Netherlands produced many awesome players over the years such as Grubby and RotterdaM, but according to GameLux.nl the scene is fading away. To stop that progress they try to improve the reputation within the scene by hosting a new event. They invented a league for Dutch players only to make the Dutch scene more popular and reputable. Four players participating are already announced and more are going to follow. There aren't any prizes planned for the first season, but if it becomes successfull the league will most probably include some prizes for season two.

Next to the WarCraft 3 player some Counter-Strike teams are invited to take part in this league as well. Time will tell if this league helps to strengthen the Dutch WarCraft scene, GosuGamers wishes the participants good luck.
