HanF to mTw

[s]clan_news[/s]

After the german based organization of mTw decided to not keep their international WarCraft 3 players any more, it was clear that the team would focus on the german scene in future. mTw has some of Germany's top players such as Tak3r, BasH or DaviN in their roster and now another promising players followed: Germany HanF.

After a wonderful time as a part of the kranke Horde, I am now headed to mTw. With this move, I hope to keep improving my skill and gather more experience, especially due to playing in the WC3L. Thanks to everyone from DkH for the nice time, love you all :).

After DkH got kicked out of the WC3L Qualification tournament by G] HanF decided to sign with mTw, hoping for experience in the WC3L. He played a very well first season in the ESL Pro Series, finishing 4th after the regular season and going to the finals without any expectations. At the finals he managed to finish 3rd by beating Spell and closely losing to miou in the upperbracket final.
Germany HanF is only 16 years old but already counts to Germany's most talented and best players, so you can see that he might have the potential to become much better in future.

mTw ready for WC3L?

mTw says on their website "Further additions may be announced before WC3L Season IX starts in February 2006." so they are planning to add more players to their roster. Their goal seems to be to play a good and successful WC3L season, but will they be able to do so? Germany isn't known for it's top gamers internationally seen. Except miou there aren't many players who got some achievements in the international scene, and the next WC3L will be even harder than the ones before, although the level was pretty high the last seasons. With NiP and WE two top teams are added to the others such as T.MH and 4K, so the question is: Will mTw be able to compete with the world's top teams with a german lineup? Personally I doubt it, although the team is very strong for a german one.

The players that left mTw were Bulgaria DIDI8, Netherlands Zerter,
Sweden Zubie and Lithuania WinneR (will be released at the
1st of January). mTw only kept their german players
and is going to have more additions soon most probably.
