In a pretty short news post on WGTour we can read about a new tool, created by [7x-t]Rus_Brain and BWS_Rama, that has been released. It is called the 7x Patcher.
What the program mainly does is that switch between different Starcraft versions. The versions that the patch can switch between are listed below:
| 1.08, 1.08b, 1.09, 1.09b, 1.10, 1.11, 1.11b, 1.12, 1.12b |
Since the different versions of Starcraft the replays can be corrupted if you try to watch them from another patch than they were played in. This easy tool fixes that in just seconds. Just click on the version you want, select the current directory of your Starcraft folder and viola! When you want to change back to the current patch version, just do the same procedure again.
Apart from changing the version you can also do a lot of other things, such as adding a large number of gateways, change your CD-key e.t.c.
