GosuGamers recognises the importance of maintaining the privacy of every user who visits https://www.gosugamers.net (the “Site”). We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. We are committed to being transparent about the data we collect about you, how it is used, and with whom it is shared.

1. Who we are

Our Privacy Notice applies to all products and services offered under the brand Gosugamers, but excludes any products or services that have separate privacy notices which do not incorporate this Privacy Notice. GosuGamers is owned and run by GOSU MEDIA PTE. LTD, a company registered in Singapore. As part of a group of companies established in Singapore, GOSU MEDIA PTE. LTD complies with the Singapore's Personal Data Protection Regulations 2022.

2. How we collect information

To the extent permissible under applicable law, we collect information about you and any other party whose details you provide to us when you:

Complete online forms, take part in surveys, enter any competitions or prize draws, download information such as white papers or other publications or participate in any other interactive areas that appear on our website;

Interact with us using social media;

Provide your contact details to us when accessing any websites or services we make available or when you update those details; and contact us offline, for example by telephone, email or post.

Registration for membership or contest participation on the Site may require that you supply certain personal information including, but not limited to your name, age, sex, contact number, email address and demographic information (such as your area, location, Information Protocol (IP) address, et cetera) to register.

We also collect information from your devices (including mobile devices) and browsers you use to access and use any of our websites or services (for example, we may collect the device identification number and type, location information and connection information such as statistics on your page views, traffic to and from the sites, referral URL, ad data, and your IP address) and we will ask for your permission before we do so. GosuGamers utilises Google Analytics, which is a web analytics service offered by Google LLC (“Google”) that tracks and reports website traffic parameters. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of the Website. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the advertisements of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Website available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics ‘opt-out’ Internet browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google about website visit activity.

8. How Long We Keep Your Personal Data

Where we no longer need your personal information, we will dispose of it in a secure manner (without further notice to you).

If we have asked for your permission to process your personal data and we have no other lawful grounds to continue with processing the same, and you withdraw your permission, we shall delete your personal data.

If you request a copy of your information you may be required to pay a statutory fee.If we hold any information about you which is incorrect or if there are any changes to your details, please let us know so that we can keep our records accurate and up to date.
