The single condition is to be from one of those countries, be registered at CyberGamer.com.au and have a SC2 beta account on the North American server. And, of course, to be on time at 10am AEST on May 16, Sunday, where the tournament will begin.
All games will be played in one day so participants will have to clear their schedule.
