The new national tournament will serve as the official path to the LCP Wildcard Playoffs.
Riot Games, the developer of League of Legends, has announced the League of Legends Titans Cup MY & SG (LTC), a new grassroots tournament for Malaysia and Singapore, launched in collaboration with Malaysian esports production studio Easy Onair Sdn Bhd. The announcement was made in a press release on Tuesday evening (8 July).
The Titans Cup will serve as the official national qualifier for teams in Malaysia and Singapore aiming to reach the League of Legends Championship Pacific (LCP). The event forms part of Riot’s broader effort to reignite competitive League of Legends in the region, with open registration, livestreamed matches, and long-term community involvement.
A two-year partnership to grow MYSG League of Legends
This new initiative marks a two-year partnership between Riot Games and Easy Onair, aimed at strengthening the local scene from the ground up. Easy Onair will lead tournament operations, content production, caster recruitment, and regional engagement across the full competitive cycle.
“We are proud to partner with Easy Onair for the League of Legends Titans Cup MYSG,” said Resha Pradipta, Country Manager for Riot Games Indonesia & Malaysia. “This long-term collaboration is a reflection of our belief in the MYSG region’s potential. We’re excited to support local talent and build a true path-to-pro ecosystem.”
“This collaboration is a major milestone for the esports community in Malaysia and Singapore,” added Kuroshi Hatamake, Director of Easy Onair Sdn Bhd. “We’re honoured to work with Riot Games on a long-term vision that creates real opportunities for teams, players, and talents across the region.”
Titans Cup MY & SG leads directly to the LCP Wildcard Playoffs
The Titans Cup will determine which team represents Malaysia and Singapore in the LCP Wildcard Playoffs. There, they’ll face other national champions from South Asia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Top teams from the Wildcard will advance to the LCP Promotion and Relegation tournament for a shot at joining the LCP.
