So awhile back I received a ban that locked myself from gaining honor levels. Note, the ban was deserved, I served it and changed completely. I've yet to be toxic at all since the ban and have received several honors in a plethora of all post-ban games. I'm still locked from remotely even gaining honor levels so I'm still stuck at Honor Level 0, out of curiosity I opened a ticket to see if my account is bugged or what is going on with my account because it's been well over 100+ games with the majority being most-honored.
I was given this chat log, which the Riot representative told me slowed all the progress I made on my honor progression:

This game happened about 2 months ago. I've played over 100 games since then, not even mentioning the fact that it isn't really that toxic at all.
I'm just confused how a game that happened 2 months ago can slow all honor progression made from my 100+ games that I played AFTER that game...

All games were over 2 months ago, I can't even remember the last time I played Kog'Maw, Graves, or Anivia. The Anivia game the enemy Akali was spamming all chat berating everyone every time I killed her and the Kog'Maw game the Annie I refer to fed and was running to all our teammate's lanes and taking all of the farm, please note that this isn't just innocently dying in lane and me calling it feeding, the Annie was legitimately running it down with the sole purpose of dying.
Of these three games, I believe the only remotely "toxic" one would be the Kog'Maw one just based on how I chose to word my statements, but I don't believe that was enough to completely lock all of my progression.
Edit 3: I'm not saying I'm a saint, that's obviously not the case. My point is, these games were months ago and I've played a LOT of games since then, so how are these ancient games still impacting my honor gains, especially when they're mellow in comparison to what I've seen from others. With the amount of games I've played since then, with the majority being most honored or at least honored a couple times, I would expect to at LEAST be unlocked so I know I'm making progress.
