Daydream steps it up, leading the MVP score with 100% kill participation to create an even stronger CJ Entus Blaze while KT Rolster Bullets looks to cement themselves as a top team after their experience at IEM Katowice.
KT Rolster Bullets started the game with an early first blood from a solid level one fight against their opponents of JinAir Falcons. A couple of strange picks encompassed this game, with Score rolling with Corki and GankedByMom running top Nidalee with a non blue-reliant build and KT's own strategy against them, Karma and marksman middle lane.
JinAir Falcons suffered from poor synergy, which showed off in fights despite decent play. KT Bullets sustained a tower lead and ended up winning most of the fight. In traditional fashion, KT Rolster Bullets split push with two while they acquired a baron at 28 minutes, utilizing their 6-0 lead and character strength. KT Bullets were easily able to close out the first game.
Game 2 featured Score on Corki once again and InSec was looking to show Realfoxy how to play a proper Pantheon by acquiring first blood on him. JinAir wasn't going down without a fight and certainly without style however, as Mystic's Ezreal acquired a cross-map snipe kill onto Leopard's Shyvana.
GankedByMom took a note from the EU LCS and innovative further with his Spectral Wrath Heimerdinger, which unfortunately wasn't doing well for him. JinAir performed much better in this game, but KT still pulled ahead despite the closer fights. Jin Air's baron
The first game of CJ Entus Blaze against Xenics Storm started as one might expect -- with Flame crushing his lane, especially in the Renekton versus Shyvana matchup. However, Flame wasn't the sole hero of his team and Daydream proved his teamwork by going 2-0 at the very start. From these two together, Blaze started out 3-0 with a tower at 13 minutes.
As the game proceeded onwards, they proceeded to snowball and acquire baron at the 23 minute mark. Xenics Storm did a solid job at stalling, but it wasn't enough as CJ Entus Blaze came out with a decisive victory in game 1.
Game 2 showed a bit of desperation and a lack of solid banning at the hands of Xenics Storm. The infamous Vel'koz support came out from Xenics Storm, but nothing the duo lane could pull off would surmount the massive, nearly double farm lead Flame sustained through a good portion of the game on his top lane hyper-scalling Ryze.
With Flame's absurd lead the tema was able to take decisive advantages and acquire 2 towers and 1 dragon in 12 minutes for a large amount of gold. As if Blaze wasn't already far enough ahead, the team did a good job abusing map vision over terrain and keeping Xenics Storm in the dark, unsuspecting of the team's attacks. Through careful execution, CJ Entus Blaze hastened their lead, and brought the seocnd set of OGN to a 2-0.
