Shopify Rebellion bid farewell to Jonáš "SabeRLight-" Volek after a subpar performance at DreamLeague Season 23.

Just when you thought they were done, Shopify Rebellion has tinkered with their roster once again. At this point it is beginning to feel like at least once a month there is a change in the lineup for the NA team. Just last month they bid farewell to Thiago "Thiolicor" Cordeiro. Two weeks ago they announced the addition of Andrei "skem" Ong. Today they part ways with Jonáš "SabeRLight-" Volek.

Six months ago SR caught their fans by surprise with their roster announcement. The Canadian organization kept two players from the previous season, Arteezy and SabeRLight- along with coach Kanishka "BuLba" Sosale. But it seems that the time has come for even longer term players to leave.

At DreamLeague Season 23 SR took 9-10th place, failing to advance out of the group stage. Their result prevented them from a direct invite to Riyadh Masters in July. They will now be looking at qualifiers or perhaps a play-in spot based on Interregional EPT points. For now, fans will have to wait for more announcements as to who will be joining the team.
