William 'Blitz' Lee will be part of the joinDOTA crew from now on as they picked him up after his stint in South Korea with Zephyr ended. With the addition of Wiilliam 'Blitz' Lee the joinDOTA crew now consist of five people.
It has been announced that after covering the DAC with BeyondTheSummit, William 'Blitz' Lee will be flying to Berlin, Germany to join the joinDOTA casting crew full time; his role on the casting crew will be that of an analytical caster. Included in the article on joinDOTA are his reasons for deciding to move to Berlin immediately after moving back to the United States from South Korea. Quoting from the article: 'I (Blitz) went away from home for university, and then again for Dota, surely doing it a third time won't kill me.'
Official Statement by Blitz:
I've just become accustomed to living away from home, and I've never been to Europe, so I figured it'd be fun. I like the people working at joinDOTA, I think I'd be a good fit, and I think it would be a good fit for someone like me to be able to work with Toby and Cap. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming during the process and the atmosphere seems very friendly. As far as what I hope to achieve as a caster, I'd like to be known as a Merlini/Synderen type, an analytical caster that is respected and the type of caster that will add to the viewing experience.
William 'Blitz' Lee is a well known Dota2 personality that has been around for quite a long time. He is a former professional player with Zephyr and is currently a streamer and caster who occasional casts with BTS. William 'Blitz' Lee will be in action casting for joinDOTA at both MLG and ESL.
