The second group of WePlay just concluded with newly reformed teams Empire and Evil Geniuses taking the top two positions. The question mark that currently is Dignitas failed to make it through to next stage.
Team Empire, being one of many teams who recently have faced player changes such as Blow and Light leaving and MAg, Silent, Vanskor and Alwayswannafly joining in alongside Scandal, the Empire-veteran. Right now they are doing well and played a draw versus group runner-ups Evil Geniuses tonight to win the group. Said team EG who swapped out DeMoN, Bamboe and Bdiz for Universe, Fogged and MSS performed decent enough to take the second place and making it to the next stage. Team Dignitas with a currently unconfirmed are eliminate despite beating EG two to zero.
Empire and Evil Geniuses are added to the list of WePlay survivors where RattleSnake.int and Flip.Sid3.Quantic can already be found.
Group C will have its first matches on Wednesday and features teams such as The Alliance and Team Liquid. More info about group C will be posted shortly.
