King of Games presents $11,000 Dota 2 tournament in Singapore

King of Games will be hosting a Dota 2 tournament with a prize pool of 15,000 SGD. The sign-ups for the offline qualifiers are now open for interested teams that aren't intending to change their roster anytime soon.

King of Games, an event by Alienware, will be hosting a Dota 2 tournament this upcoming Friday at Alienware Arena in Chinatown Singapore. The tournament is open for all to participate and it will be the first of the five qualifiers before the grand final at gaming expo License2Play on the 6th of December.

It is to be noted that ambitious teams who wish to qualify for the grand final event will have to participate in at least three qualifiers and have a decently high rank in terms of points. Teams are also required to play with the same roster in all the qualifiers and compete in the grand final with the similar line-up.

The no prizes policy for the qualifiers may turn away Malaysian or any other international teams from participating in the tournament. Interested teams can now sign up for the tournament here

The total prize pool of the grand final at the end of the year is 15,000 SGD (~$11,765). The breakdown of the prize pool is still unknown.
