Beyond the Summit, a popular Dota 2 tournament organiser, have announced a $100,000 prize pool CS:GO event.
Beyond the Summit, a tournament organiser best known for their relaxed format have announced a $100,000 prize pool CS:GO event that will feature eight of the world's best teams. The event is scheduled to take place in April 2017 on the 19th - 23rd, hosted in the beautiful Los Angeles, California, United States at a private residence.
Regarding participants, BtS have announced that 
SK Gaming will be joining the event, along with additional invitees and teams that will be admitted via an online open qualifier, taking place during early February 2017. The organisers have said that further invitees and talent are to be announced in coming months.
For those unfamiliar with the formatting of Beyond the Summit, it is an event aimed at providing as relaxed an atmosphere as possible for participating teams and talent. When not competing the teams assume an active role in casting, interviews and simply relaxing in the warm sunshine of Los Angeles.
