Splyce.gg have revealed they have released David "DAVEY" Stafford and Enkhtaivan "Machinegun" Lkhagva from their roster.
Earlier this year, Splyce made the suprising announcement that they had decided to bring on board the Mongolian superstar Enkhtaivan "Machinegun" Lkhagva, a veteran of The Mongolz. Now the North American team has announced that they will be saying goodbye to both Machinegun and David "Davey" Stafford following a string of disappointing results from the team. Splyce has also indicated that the language barrier for Machinegun was a factor in their decision to remove him from the team. Splyce had the following to say about the changes:
”David “DAVEY” Stafford and Enkhtaivan “Machinegun” Lkhagva have been released from the Splyce Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster.
DAVEY was an integral part of the growth of CS:GO at Splyce. His expertise, hard work and dedication were part of what brought us to the MLG Columbus Major and will continue to serve him on whichever future team he joins.
Machinegun is an incredibly hard worker and an amazing player, but the language barriers were too great a challenge amidst the other difficulties of building a brand new team. He has the potential to be a top talent in the CS:GOscene with the right home.
We thank both players for their time and wish them the best in all their future endeavors.
The team now has the following three players:
Arya "arya" Hekmat
Asger "AcilioN" Larsen
Joey "CRUC1AL" Steusel
