For the month of December it was full of leagues, tournaments, and all kinds of competition in the European American community, but the Korean community also had some good times this past month. The professionals and semi-professionals of Korea all played their hearts out for the holidays.
It has been a while since GosuGamers has covered the KeSPA rankings. But, well the coverage is back and its here to stay, for good this time. There is a lot to be accounted for in KeSPA, which is what makes it so interesting month to month. All the events these players play in are all counted into KeSPA.

Well yeah, so there has been a lot of moving around as you can tell. In the top 10 there was a little spot swapping but other than that your KeSPA leader,
JulyZerg, is still there for 9 months now. Some more spot swapping in the next 10, but other than that nothing major. Boxer is still hanging around in the 11th position and he has been there for a while now. Now, in the next 10 is where things are interesting. Nal_rA jumped a total of 7 spots to get the 21st position on lockdown. Mumyung also jumped 7 spots to receive the 24th position. And a name that has not been seen in KeSPA for some time, IntoTheRainBOw is back in the rankings at 23. And
TheMarine sadly dropped 10 spots to position 30.
11 | Terran | 37% |
10 | Zerg | 33% |
9 | Protoss | 30% |
The first number represent how many of that race (Zerg, Terran, Protoss) is in the top 30. The last percentage represents how much percent that race makes up in the top 30. So in the past it was the Zerg that had the KeSPA owned up. But now it seems Terran has engulfed the Zerg and taken over KeSPA by one gamer. And it still seems that Protoss is just in the back, kicking it and relaxing.
So, next month what will happen? Will JulyZerg be taken from his throne upon the top of KeSPA? Will Protoss take over with more players? Or will things just be calm and stay the same? Only time and patience will tell, so until than, Good Luck!
