Recently, a replay package from the WCG: Korea Preliminaries was created by aNk. The package contains replays collected from the playoffs, which were played best out of seven, single elimination. Also add the fact that we are still playing the old WCG Maps (LT, LoC, HW & JS), and you may understand yourself. Lots of top players lost a single game and then they were out of the preliminaries. The opinion about the WCG Brood War 2003 being a total disaster (since boxer wasn't seeded and now this) seems to be shared by everyone. The following players did manage to qualify for the WCG Brood War 2003 from the Korean Preliminaries:
