New version of SCMDraft

[s]maps[/s]Map creations is currently a dying skill out there, only a few solid cores of mappers keep up the good work to please the audience with new maps. And even fewer create the tools the mappers use. A group called Stormcoast Fortress have just released a new version of their SCMDraft.

For those of you that do not know about SCMDraft, it's an advanced and very useful tool for maping creation, withf unctions which are not available in the original StarEdit, which accompanies Starcraft.
