Dignitas defeat Coast to hold their summer spot

In a close three game series, Coast fell to Dignitas.  Dignitas secured a spot in 2014 LCS Summer, but Coast will have to play against Challenger teams in next week's Promotion to return.

This first game began with lane swaps taking two early towers for both teams.  Dignitas came out ahead in the trade, as they were able to pick up a dragon on top of their towers.  After that, Dignitas continued to win the rotation games.

Whenever Coast took the initiative, they would back out too early or not take advantage of Dig burning their cooldowns.  This was exacerbated by NintendudeX falling behind in farm and levels and being a non-factor in team fights.  Slowly, Dignitas took objectives and the game.

In the next game, Coast rallied with better early game rotations.  They cleared first tier turrets quickly, forcing group fights much earlier than last game.

In group engagements, ZionSpartan played Irelia like an assassin, diving back lines and getting picks.  Miscommunications from Dignitas exacerbated the problem, leading to a more decisive second game with a victory for Coast.

The third game was the closest of the series.  Coast started focusing scarra, but despite this, his team fight shockwaves gave Dignitas the lead early into the game.

Coast made several attempts to turn the game at Baron, but despite advantageous engagements, they could not do enough damage to take down Dignitas.  As a result, Coast lost and will face relegation in the Promotion Tournament next week.
