ROCCAT secures third place in their first LCS split

After two wins, one of them very close, ROCCAT bested Alliance to take third place in 2014 EU LCS Spring.

The series began with surprisingly traditional lanes: one top, one mid, two bottom.  ROCCAT made the first aggressive rotations and found kills and the first dragon.  Despite this, Alliance responded well, which kept the gold extremely close throughout the first game.

ROCCAT eventually began winning fights with Leona's initiations, getting picks while Alliance stalled out the laning phase.  Alliance attempted to keep up, but they seemed to get caught offguard too frequently, and a lack of safe waveclear prevented them from turning the game around.

The second game was much more decisive.  Again, ROCCAT initiated early plays.  This time, however, they failed to let up.  Vander's Thresh hooks were constantly on point, reminding viewers why the champion is so frequently kept from his claws.  ROCCAT took the first inhibitor in under twenty minutes, and Alliance's nexus followed shortly after.
