Fnatic advance to their third EU LCS finals in a row

After two extremely explosive and back and forth games, Fnatic took a decisive third game and emerged as the first 2014 EU LCS Spring finalists.

Fnatic countered Alliance's high-scaling damage composition with a multi-heal composition.  They then initated a smart lane swap at first to punish Ryze in a 2v1.  But when the lanes eventually went back to "standard" top laners 1v1ing, sOAZ's Soraka was able to handily bully Wickd.  Then, throughout lane phase, Cyanide exerted more pressure than Shook, giving Fnatic small advantages.

Despite these advatages, the first game remained somewhat even.  Fights were won or lost based upon whether or not Fnatic could effectively stack AoE heals.  Despite a couple mid lane fight losses, Fnatic consistently turned the tides with a smart Wish or Monsoon, and their team put out enough damage with Kha'Zix, Lucian, and Kayle to chip away at Alliance's health bars for the game.

Alliance banned Soraka to start Game Two and nullify some of the devastating power of Fnatic's heal composition.  Then both teams drastically changed the focus of their strategies.  Alliance found the early advantage with stronger lanes, but this only amounted to about 1k gold.  Soon, however, the map erupted into skirmishes.

Fnatic's over-extensions allowed Alliance to amass small leads and take the first inhibitor.  Alliance's siege failed to let up from there.  Ziggs' waveclear and Renekton's threat zone kept Alliance knocking on the door to Fnatic's nexus, and they took the game to even the score.

With only two bans, Fnatic could snatch up the open Nidalee as their first pick, which proved devastating.  xPeke's Nidalee didn't serve as the sole carry in Game Three, however, as Morgana's dark binding allowed YellOwStaR and Rekkles to find kills and a huge lead in the top lane 2v2.  This allowed Fnatic to lead the charge through the mid game and siege turrets with ease.  The comp then split and found picks and towers.  Fnatic never fell behind, and they took a clean third game at 24 minutes.
