Day 2 of NA LCS Super Week starts with TSM looking unsteady against a strong Coast team.
XDG vs Dig
XDG need a win to help get 7th place and avoid playing LMQ in relegations, but Dignitas need the win to help secure 4th place. The game started with red buff trades and 2v1 lanes. Both teams take two turrets and send their adc's and supports mid. Crumbzz takes first blood in a teamfight around midlane where Dig come out ahead 2-1. Dignitas' poke comp works well around the mid game and they secure several objectives.
Dig with a strong lead make some bad rotations and XDG Benny pushes the botlane all the way to the inhibitor. Kiwikid lands 2 good hooks onto members of XDG and gets his team a 2-0 fight in the late game securing Dig baron. With baron buff on, Dig pushes mid and pokes XDG down taking 2 kills and the mid and top inhibitors. After minions had pushed down the mid and top Dig pushed botlane and had a good teamfight where they come out ahead to push for the win.
Coast vs TSM
TSM should have known better than to underestimate Coast after their loss to them in week 6. With level one blue buff trades and 2v1 laneswaps where TSM takes two bottom lane turrets and Coast only takes the outer top turret. After a solo kill onto Shiphtur by Bjergsen TSM rotate onto dargon, and after a short dragon dance Shiphtur returns and tries to solo kill Wildturtle. Thats when TSM collapse even though WildTurtle dies TSM get a good fight and trade 3 for 5 and get dragon.
TSM with their lead try to sneak baron, but the pressure ZionSpartan put in the botlane splitpush forces them to stop. Coast appear to be coming back when Zion gets a solo kill onto Dyrus and Xpecial is caught out at baron. TSM use superior vision to take tier 2 top turret then start up baron. Coast try to contest in a long drawn out fight TSM comes out trading Bjerg for all of coast and the baron. TSM use baron to force down mid turr and inhib then rotate to botlane where Coast engage onto them but a good ult by Bjergsen leads TSM to the teamfight win and the win shortly after.
CLG vs Curse
The game starts with both teams trading blue buff and going into 2v1 lanes. Each team took two turrets in the 2v1 lanes.Curse take the first dragon uncontested, but CLG engages onto Curse for the second dragon where Curse turns the fight on them and gets a 4-1 trade. Curse use the advantage to rotate top and take two turrets while CLG just takes the outer mid turret.
Curse make a bad engage onto CLG under mid lane inhib turret and CLG are poised to make a comeback. Curse catch Aphromoo out forcing shen's stand united and Curse engage onto CLG with Cop's caitlyn getting a Quadrakill in the fight. Curse take baron afterwards then rotate mid and take the turret and inhibitor. CLG try to flank Curse in the toplane but with all of the shields on Curse the carries stayed alive and were able to take the top and mid inhibitors. Curse rotate botlane while superminons push onto CLG's base. CLG's nexus turrets are destroyed by minions while Curse fights CLG. Curse use the minions to take a win from a CLG team that since Dexter came in had only lost to Cloud 9 and TSM!
