Another player has managed to get his ticket for this year WCG finals in Singapore. The Polish WCG finals were just held and Blackman[TmG] ended up as the winner in a close final versus Suncow.
Only one spot for
Poland in StarCraft, but it included many skilled players. WCG finals in Poland ended in a close final between Suncow and Blackman. Blackman took the way through winner-bracket all the time by beating tomsOn 2-0 in the first round, then Slider 2-1, Dunaj 2-0 until he met Suncow in the grandfinal.Suncow on the other hand won his first game vs sYs 2-0, lost then 2-1 to Dunaj and managed to beat Spawn, Slider and Dunaj all with 2-0 victories, until he reached the final too. All games so far have been Best out of three, the grandfinal is 2 x bo3, WB winner has to win one bo3 to win WCG (Blackman), while the LB winner has to win two bo3's (Suncow).

After many games Blackman came up to many people's expectations and won the Grand Final very close. What most of you might interest most are the replays and they were just released - even the Blackman replays. Check them out on the link below. It is rumored that Blackman's failure to go to WCG 2004 left him with a significant amount of frustration. Though this win probably eased it off his chest, we truly hope some of it still remains in him and helps him out in Singapore.
