When you inevitably encounter this bug in your solo queue, be prepared.
EDIT: as of May 18th, this has been hotfixed. Rejoice!
I hate LiLi. I don't like her play style, her voice, or her character model. She isn't for me, but I respect that a lot of players find joy out of her annoying, run-around-making-everything-miserable style of gameplay. To be honest, I was initially pleased when I heard of this stealth buff to LiLi, as I figured it might at least increase support diversity in competitive matches.
Then we realized this wasn't so much of a buff, but an out of control bug.
The issue has to do with taking her level 4 Mending Serpent talent and combining it them with a level 7 talent, Lighting Serpent that causes the serpents attacks to bounce. These multiple hits should NOT be healing for as much as they are and the result is an unstoppable stream of healing on a low cool down.
It's not hard to tell from the above video why this is such a game breaking bug. People have been reporting of LiLi face rolls ever since the glitch became widely known and, if you see a LiLi choose these talents, expect her to dominate healing, damage, and siege numbers.
Fixed with a future update? I hope they don't mean next patch, because this bug is really quite absurd to play against. Enter the Storm cup #2 has already banned it from competitive play and I think other tournaments should make the same decision. In the mean time, don't despair when you encounter a LiLi player that never dies. It will pass, eventually.
