Coming in the wake of DreamHack Valencia is the newest edition of the Hearthstone competitive recap. Everything you might've missed from the scene, bite-sized.
The "Hearthstone competitive recap" is issued every Monday and goes over the major events in - and often outside - competitive Hearthstone. Blizzard's card game is in the middle of of its HCT campaign but there are also lots of other third party tournaments running in parallel, and this post will summarize everything for your convenience.

Evangelion wins DreamHack Valencia
Local player Evangelion hoisted the trophy of DH Valencia on Saturday, after proving himself the best out of 250+ players. The Spaniard defeated tournament favorid Crane of team Complexity in a convincing 3-1 and went 12-1 in the playoffs overall on the wings of his N'Zoth Paladin.
Full player list for SeatStory Cup V announced
Defending champion SuperJJ will be joined by a host of known names, including popular streamers such as Forsen, Reynad and Sjow. The dates for the tournament are July 21-24. so there are just a few days till the competition kicks off in Krefeld. $20,000 are on the line, as usual.

GosuAwards Summer: Hearthstone nominations
The first ever GosuAwards Summer come at year's mid-point and are exclusive for Hearthstone. 36 nominees in 6 categories have been put to community vote up until July 28th. At the end of the month, the GosuAwards panelists and the community will determine the two winners in each category, carrying the main award and the community choice award, respectively.
In a special Fireside Gathering which happened in California last week, Blizzard's dev team gave away invitations to a "majestic, marvelous, magical event" with no date to go with the latter. Rumorsthat this is a teaser to the new expansion are already circulating the community boards, with speculations pointing towards "Darkmoon Fair" as a theme, due to the language used in the letter.

Everyone's favorite casual, friendly, home-hosted tournament is coming on streams this weekend and you wouldn't want to miss it.
