From September 12th - 14th LiquidHearth and ONOG will hold the third VGVN tournament, in which 8 battleproven players will compete for a prizepool of $2500.
Returning from the previous tournament are the winner Kolento and the runner-up Hyped. They are joined by four new invitees: Xixo, who won both of the previous EU qualifier tournaments, Firebat and Neirea, both #2 seed for the Blizzcon qualifier of their respective server (NA & EU) and MtG Hall of Fame player Brian Kibler, who just recently finished second in the Sunshine Open.
Adding the two winners from the EU and NA qualifier tournament this is going to be an interesting high caliber tournament. The event will be casted by Frodan and a yet to be announced second caster.
The tournament will be played in a best-of-five round robin group stage that will lead into a best-of-seven single elimination Top 4, both with 1 ban per round.
Group A will start on September 12th 6pm EDT, followed by Group B on September 13th 12pm EDT. Last but not least Group C will begin on September 14th (15th for the EU players) 8pm EDT.
The tournament will be broadcasted by ONOG on their twitch channel.
The open qualifier tournaments will be held on September 7th, the EU part starts at 10am EDT followed by the NA part at 1pm EDT.
