On Sunday, the 12th of March at 11:00 CET, sixteen of the best players from Romania will compete in a tournament for a prize of $40 USD. If the tournament is successful, expect many more to come.

Romania might not be one of the stronger SC:BW nations, but they have the potential to be. Just like many of the countries in eastern europe, Romania's SC:BW population has been growing quite a bit in the past years.
Shaman - Romania's Champion?
Play.Shaman is undoubtedly the best player in Romania. He finished in 1st at WCG Romania 2002, 2003, and 2004 along with a Top 5 at OptiHack 2005 in Sweden. He has always been a very active player in past » WGTour ladders. His best achievement includes finishing 2nd at WGT Season 12 in 1v1.This should be a great tournament and be sure that we at GG.net will be there to bring you results when it happens.
