In continued efforts to bring more opportunities and exposure for teams around the world, Iran will have their own qualifiers for WESG with team registrations currently open.
Iran eSports Association have been given the green light by Alisports to host the WESG Iran qualifiers.
WESG APAC-Iran qualifiers registration is now open HERE until December 3rd. Please note that the teams should include citizens from Iran only. Important for interested teams to keep in mind as the APAC final is a LAN event in China, students who are studying or serving the troops are not restricted to leave the country, however those with illegal absence from the military service are not allowed to do so. The online qualifers will take place between December 4th-18th. One team from each will then advance to the APAC Finals taking place in China January 11-14th - with flight and accomodations paid for by WESG organizers.
The APAC Finals offer a $92,500 prize pool distributed to the top eight teams out of twenty to participate from various countries around the region. More information about all the disciplines qualifiers can be found on the WESG official website.
