CIS' visa application denied anew

TI4 CN qualifier runner-up CIS' US visa application was again rejected. They will be trying again at the 30th for individual application, which may well be their last chance.

The disappointed June, CIS' offlane player, shared on his Weibo account that the team's second application for a US visa ended with a denied yet again. Valve-provided letters were not of much help on their second try, as the team experienced the same fate as their first shot.

Reddit user Eric1738 provided this translation:
Two group interviews failed. The consular officer didnt give much sh*t about the invitation letter, (and he) barely read it. 30th might be the last chance. Next time is (the) individual interview (as) one by one might be better than group interview. Please don't let us be the first team got visa denial in TI history. So sad, no mood for training.

As said, the team will still try to get their visa. They will go for individual interviews, contrary to the team appointments they had on their first two tries. This interview is scheduled this coming 30 June, and may well be their final chance as The International is drawing near. The wildcard tournament is scheduled 8 July.

This is the team's second visa application. The first one came in earlier this week, wherein the players (except German citizen Dominik 'Black^' Reitmeier) and the manager had their application denied.

CIS seems to be the only remaining TI4-bound team unable to secure a visa. Malaysian-team and SEA qualifier champion Arrow Gaming received their visa a few days ago after their second application.
