Bigpoint Battle is a monthly two day cup with qualifiers running an additional two days prior to the main event. The prize pool is €2000. The third edition ended tonight and featured a final between two Russian teams. RoX.KiS had an uphill battle through the bracket, going up against TCM first and then EG. The semi final started in a 1-0 favour of their opponents iCCup since RoX.KiS got delayed due to their WePlay group running late. However they did not let that become an obstacle, took the series 2-1 and moved on to defeat Team Empire in the final.
RoX.KiS proved to be a team not to underestimate and might pull off a few surprises at the playoffs of EMS One. The tournament takes place next weekend and RoX.KiS starts off versus DDdota.
HWA managed to beat favourites QPANDAS in round 1 already, ending the hopes of the newborn team early. Artyk had to forfeit their encounter vs Netolic due to their match in WePlay still going on at that time.
