For all of you located in South or North America who read announcement of GosuCup Asia, feeling that you would love to participate but can't due to times and servers. Well, now is your chance.
The time has come for the western parts of the world map to get some attention. GosuGamers will launch GosuCup Americas I next weekend, same dates as GosuCup Asia but on different times naturally. There will be Dota 2 all around the globe!
GosuCup America is powered by our friends over at ROCCAT and as always, feel free show them some love and appreciation on their facebook walls on behalf of the Dota 2 community!

It starts Saturday, November 17th and lasts for two days. The prize purse of $1,000 is split up into $500 for the champion, $300 as runner-up and $200 for the winner of the third place decider.
All matches are played as "best-of-1" with only semi-finals, third place decider and final being a set of up to three games.
256 teams, $1,000 prize money, USeast server
There will be no explicit country restriction, but all matches have to be played on USeast server, unless agreed otherwise by both teams. To sign in and compete in GosuCup America events everyone needs to register their team on play.GosuGamers.net. You may do so right away, as registrations already are open.
