Have you ever tried to play some jungle, micro-dependent heroes but it didn't work out? Well, here's some insight on professional Chen/Enchantress play by one of the very best in that role, CLG's Akke. If you wanted to know what is the most effective way of key-binding, last-hitting or just want to have a look at his setup, you're at the right place. Here are some of the skill related parts:
With Chen and Enchantress I always use 1 for the whole group (hero and all the creeps) and then group different creeps with 2, 3 and 4. I know which creep I have on which hotkey because I have a sort of a hierarchy for the creeps: Troll (net), Centaur (stun), Ursa (slow), Satyr (nuke) and the rest after that. The thinking behind that is that I prioritize the ranged stun over the melee stun when I initiate a gank. The same is with stun over slow, etc. By organizing it this way, I always know which creep is on which hotkey even if I have different unit compositions.
I never use tab since I bind all the creeps, I also never use the unified orders for these heroes. Unified orders is a great tool when playing heroes like Broodmother, heroes that have a lot of summons. It can be used with Chen if you sometimes don’t want to micro the units separately.
Last-hit method (stationary animation-canceling, dynamic with timed approaches, etc.):
Depends, I think I usually use the animation-canceling while standing, even though when farming against specific heroes a combination can be used to mindgame the opponent to think that you are gonna deny (when there’s 2 hits left), forcing him to hit and then deny after.
