MgZ) Tourney Fever

Another great mini-tournament was played earlier this week. This time 64 players have gladiated in the swarm trying to gain the win and struggling to be in the top players rank, which will allow a spot in the final tournament.

This event is one of the several qualifying tournaments held by the famous clan MicroGamerZ. The skill level is high, with players like

Testie (winner of season 3),

Strelok (runner-up in Seasons 2 and 3),

Suncow,

Stym, among many others.

The amount of points for each tournament is defined according to the number of players. For this tournament, the criteria was the following: Winner: 200 pts, Runner-up: 150 pts, Semi finals: 110 pts, Quarter finals: 90 pts, 3rd Round: 50 pts, 2nd Round: 20 pts.

There will be, for this season, 10 qualifying tournaments. The winner of each tournament assures his ticket to the final. Also, the top 5 ranked are in the final tournament, plus a secret player is defined to fulfill the last spot for the main event.

The skill level of the 6th tournament was, as usual, very good. In the end of the long battle through the 5 brackets, the final bracket was played between

Sen seems to be in good shape, as he was recently able to defeat the progamer

Pj in the ESL, just as an example. With this victory, he assured himself a ticket for the final tournament.
