After being pushed down to the lower bracket by Trust earlier today, StarBoba have rehabilitated and get to play Mineski, the best team of the competition so far, in the first GEST final.

In a highly recommended game, Trust managed to get their main carry Anit-Mage into play early, after a very safe laning phase, where a Tidehunter-Shadow Demon support combination put their full emphasis on maintaining a comfortable environment at bottom lane.

StarBoba spread income and experience more evenly among their heroes, whilst buying and skilling up a variety of auras to gain the upper hand in team fights. After having been pushed back until the secure high ground of the Scourge's base, the Vietnamese synergy started to work, leading into a few severe pushes fought with full dedication.

When going for the Sentinel barracks, the formerly biggest fear Anti-Mage shaped out to be not strong enough to carry Trust to victory. A bitter sweet development for StarBoba who suffered defeat to the Thais in the first playoff round.

StarsBoba are now set to face their biggest challenge, Mineski in the first monthly GEST grand final.
